Our property strategy services are intended to help investors consider their property portfolio, possible future purchases and purchase sequencing. They are deliberately kept separate from:

Our services may include a high-level Strategy Snapshot, a Portfolio Blueprint that may include Empire Edge scenario modelling and a 3-, 5- or 10-year roadmap, ongoing portfolio reviews or implementation coordination for eligible clients, and a free, high-level strategy review. We also publish general educational material, including the Three-Pillar Portfolio guide.

These services and materials are not a recommendation that you buy, sell, hold or borrow against a particular property, or take any other particular action. Any strategy, sequencing option, roadmap or scenario is a planning tool for discussion and consideration, not a guarantee, valuation, finance approval or substitute for appropriate professional advice and due diligence.

A free strategy review is preliminary and high-level. It may help you consider whether our paid services are suitable for you, but it is not a full review of your circumstances or professional advice.
